Refund Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy explains when clients of Quality Media Now! (run by Film Supremacy LLC) can get their money back. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. How your payment is held

When you accept a bid, you pay the bid plus our service fee (5%, minimum $1.00) through PayPal. We hold that money while the job is in progress. The freelancer is not paid until you mark the job complete, and then only after 5 more days.

2. Cancelling a job

  • Before you have paid: you can cancel at any time. Nothing has been charged.
  • After you have paid, before the job is complete: click Cancel Job on the job page to ask for a refund. The job goes into "Pending Cancellation" and we review it:
    • If no work was delivered, or the freelancer did not deliver what was agreed (missed the deadline, stopped responding), you get a full refund, including the service fee.
    • If part of the work was delivered as agreed, we may pay the freelancer for that part and refund you the rest (a partial refund).
    • If the work was delivered as agreed and you just changed your mind, the refund may be declined and the freelancer paid.
  • After you mark the job complete: marking a job complete means you accept the work, so only mark it complete when you are happy. If something is seriously wrong, contact us within 5 days, before the freelancer is paid, and we will hold the payment while we look into it.
  • After the freelancer has been paid: refunds are only made in exceptional cases, such as fraud.

Refund requests must be made within 60 days of your payment.

3. Problems between a client and a freelancer

If you and the freelancer disagree, contact us through the Contact Us page before cancelling or opening a PayPal dispute. We will look at the job description, the messages on the site and the work delivered, and decide whether the held money goes to the freelancer, back to you, or is split. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

4. Fees

  • A full refund includes our service fee.
  • With a partial refund, the service fee is not refunded. The refunded amount comes out of the freelancer's payment.
  • We never charge a fee for cancelling or for requesting a refund.

5. When you get your money

Refunds always go back to the original payment method: the PayPal account or card you paid with. Refunds to a PayPal balance usually show up within minutes to a few days. Refunds to a debit or credit card usually take 5 to 10 business days, and some banks take up to 30 days to show them.

6. PayPal disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first. If you open a PayPal dispute or a card chargeback, the payment is frozen and the freelancer is not paid until PayPal decides. We follow PayPal's decision. Please don't ask for a refund from us and through PayPal or your bank for the same payment.

7. Questions

Contact us through the Contact Us page and include the job title or link.
